Returns (no drama)

Didn’t vibe with your piece? No worries.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, send us an email at info@clubliou.be with your order number in the subject line.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and simple instructions on where to send it back. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & issues

Something not quite right?
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong piece, let us know immediately so we can fix it for you.Just send us a message at info@clubliou.be, and we’ll take it from there.

Exceptions

Some items are a final goodbye: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and keep you posted.
If everything checks out and your return is approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: banks and credit card companies sometimes like to take their sweet time, so it may take a little longer before the money shows up in your account.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at info@clubliou.be, we’ll look into it.
